“ popped in for some food at lunch time and had a lovely experience, i ordered the fish and chips and its was the best fish i have ever had, batter was fresh and piping hot, service was welcoming and quick, staff member behind the bar (lottie i believe her name was) was very friendly and even came suggestions on what cocktail to purchase. will definitely return both for food or drinks! ”
“ Me and my family had a celebration meal, we booked in advance and we could not fault. The atmosphere of the pub was lovely, service was brilliant, we had one person with a gluten allergy and they made sure we was all catered for. The allergy plate came out with a green flag and everything else came out as stated on menu, all the plates looked delicious, I had the Mac and cheese, with garlic bread and really enjoyed will 100% be coming back and definitely recommend can't wait to come again ”

“ Called in today with my partner and kids today off the cuff, the service initially from the bar staff was exceptional, literally couldn’t do enough and went through the various deals on offer with the kids, we went ahead with the amazing cheap option of 2 mains for 11.50 and each child eats for 1, the value for money was insane. When you go to a pub you expect pub grub. We were pleasantly suprised at the quality of the food, it was so tasty and generous portions, the fish and gammon in particular were especially tasty. My kids are fussy but they walloped the lot, the kids mixed grill is unreal for the measly cost of 1, special mention goes out to the chef in the kitchen Julie, we asked to thank her in particular as we were really impressed and she was so thankful and appreciative, will definately be visiting again ”
